⚠️ STRICT CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy is very strict to ensure fair allocation of limited venue slots.

  • • Full refunds only available when cancelled MORE THAN 7 DAYS in advance
  • • No refunds for cancellations less than 24 hours before booking time
  • • 50% refund for cancellations 3-7 days in advance
  • • 25% refund for cancellations 24 hours - 3 days in advance

Please book only when you are absolutely certain about your plans.

Full refund available

You will receive a 100% refund of your booking amount.

3-7 days before booking

50% refund available

You will receive a 50% refund of your booking amount.

24 hours - 3 days before booking

25% refund available

You will receive a 25% refund of your booking amount.

Less than 24 hours before booking

No refund available

No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking time.

Special Cases & Exceptions

Weather-Related Cancellations

If extreme weather conditions make the venue unsafe or unusable, you may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.

This is determined at the discretion of venue management and local authorities.

Venue Issues

If the venue cancels due to maintenance, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.

Alternative arrangements or credits may also be offered.

Medical Emergencies

In case of medical emergencies, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to find a suitable solution.

Medical documentation may be required for special consideration.

How to Cancel Your Booking

Important:

Due to our strict cancellation policy, we recommend booking only when you are 100% certain about your plans. Full refunds are only available when cancelled more than 7 days in advance.

Via Dashboard

The easiest way to cancel is through your account dashboard:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to "My Bookings"
  3. Find your booking
  4. Click "Cancel Booking"
  5. Confirm the cancellation

Refund Process

Our team reviews your request and processes the cancellation within 24-48 hours.

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Additional Information

🚫 No Exceptions for Change of Mind

Due to the strict nature of our policy, we do not offer refunds for "change of mind" cancellations, personal reasons, or situations that could have been anticipated. Book only when you are 100% committed.

Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling is treated the same as cancellation. You must cancel your current booking and make a new one, subject to availability and our full cancellation charges. No guaranteed rescheduling slots.

Group Bookings

For group bookings, the cancellation policy applies to the entire booking amount. Partial cancellations are not permitted - the full booking amount is subject to cancellation fees.

Payment Processing Fees

All payment gateway fees, processing charges, and transaction fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund amount before processing.

This cancellation policy may be updated at any time. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the current policy terms.
